Step 2: Onboarding

Once your child has an Autism diagnosis, the next step is to fill out paperwork with Expressions. Please contact us at 816-730-8525 and ask for the onboarding paperwork. Once you have received the paperwork, fill out the documents and email them back to admin@expressionsbhc.com or fax them to 816.265.8525.
